- We’ll get your saree ready. Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
- A little wait, a lot of love. Your saree should reach you in around 5–7 business days, depending on your pincode.

Returns & Exchange
A Little Note on Returns 🌸
Every Padmora saree is chosen with love, and we hope you love yours just as much!
Since each saree is special, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Let us know within 48 hours of delivery if your saree has an issue.
- Head to Account → Order History → Order Inquiry and select your order. You can also use the Order Inquiry button in your delivery email, even if you checked out as a guest.
- Tell us what went wrong and share 3 clear photos of the saree.
- Our team will review your enquiry and get back to you by email. If we need clearer photos, we’ll give you one more chance to share them.
Please note that raising an enquiry doesn’t guarantee a return, exchange, or refund. Each case will be reviewed by our team.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries!
You can cancel your order for free from Account → Order History while it’s still in the Confirmed or Packed stage.
Once your saree is on its way, cancellations are no longer possible. And just a little heads-up, we don’t accept returns or exchanges after delivery.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Terms of Service
Orders
Placing an order on Padmora is an offer to purchase, which we accept once your order is confirmed. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Product Descriptions
We describe fabric, loom type, and craftsmanship as accurately as possible, including honest disclosure of handloom vs powerloom origin. Minor variations in color, weave, and zari pattern are natural in handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects.
Promo Codes
Promo codes are subject to minimum order value and maximum discount caps as stated at the time of application, and may be withdrawn or modified without notice. Only one promo code may be applied per order.
Account Responsibility
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Limitation of Liability
Padmora's liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events outside our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Privacy Policy
What We Collect
When you create a Padmora account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. When you place an order, we store your order details and the address it was shipped to.
How We Use It

What We Don't Do
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your password is stored as a one-way cryptographic hash and is never visible to us in plain text.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser local storage to keep you signed in between visits (a session token) and to remember items in your bag. We don't use third-party tracking cookies.
Your Rights
You can update your profile and saved address anytime from your Account page. To request full account deletion, contact us via the Contact Us page.
